• After a clean window plus verified filings, authority activates automatically. No certificate arrives in the mail; check SAFER.

What stalls activation

An insurance filing that names a different legal entity than the OP-1, a BOC-3 missing process agents in required states, or a surety bond below the required 75,000 dollars. Each sends you back to pending for another cycle.
